We are pleased to announce that Karina Sungkono has joined Santoso, Martinus & Muliawan Advocates as a partner. With her extensive experience in the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors, Karina will expand our firm’s existing practice to provide full-service capabilities to our clients.

Karina has a remarkable career representing major clients in the development and financing of some of Indonesia’s landmark power and infrastructure projects. She was recognized as Rising Star of the Year in the Asia Pacific Region by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) in 2020. Prior to joining our firm, Karina was a senior associate at Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners and served as a member of the Senior Associates Steering Committee of Projects Group at Baker & McKenzie (global). She also held the position of head of corporate legal at a leading e-commerce enabler in Indonesia.
